Downtown Roswell

*

Here, there are little scale models of medical rooms where experiments are being conducted on an alien by a human and on a human by an alien. These scale models were prepared by Roswell school children. Another group of school children was asked to create dolls of "creatures" that might inhabit Planet X. These dolls are on display in the UFO Museum Library, and there are about 20 of them, all sorts of imaginings.

This window display contains a miniaturization of the crash site. And I love the metal sign that is for sale in quite a few of these shops: RESERVED PARKING, ALIENS ONLY.

The bottom two photos are of the Alien Spacecraft? UFO Research Center, a block or so from the museum. Carrie is walking just ahead of me in the upper photo. All of these photographs were taken within a four-block radius of the museum in the very center of the Roswell Business District.

Note the alien eyes that are painted on the street lamp above. Every other street lamp is painted like that, and at nighttime they are lighted up in green. Alternating regular white street lamps provide ordinary nighttime lighting. Also see the photo of me posing next to one of these street lamps in the following group of images.
