Here are three examples of some of the public sculptures in Santa Fe. There are other sculptures and artwork all over the city. Santa Fe is the third largest artist center in the USA after New York City and Los Angeles. The first photo is a typical exhibit outside one of the galleries. The second depicts one Indian man helping another up the side of a cliff, which itself is fashioned in the shape of an Indian spear head. The third is an ultra-masculine battle scene sculpture.
American artist Georgia O'Keefe's museum is in Downtown Santa Fe. It was closed on Sunday when we were there, and we didn't have time to visit it on Tuesday. If you are an artist, Santa Fe should definitely be on your list of must-see vacation spots.

The above two photos were taken southeast of Santa Fe alongside State Highway 14 which is known as "The Turquoise Trail". Note how the hill in the first photo resembles a snake, although in my detailed New Mexico Atlas there is no mention of this serpentine rock formation.
